All returns & exchanges must be returned within 14 days of order being delivered.

Returns can be done in store or by sending an email to:

While we do not issue refunds, we will gladly accept items eligible for return for online store credit or store credit within a 14-day period.


merchandise must be returned within 14 days & must have been previously approved (via email). Tags must be attached, garments must be unworn, and unaltered.  Clothes that have been used will not be refunded.

*Customers are responsible for all shipping charges any return items.


Once we receive your return items, we will inspect them, process the online store credit, and send you an email confirmation.  Once you receive your credit, you will be able to use it towards any future purchases at or at our store in Miami Lakes.


If anything in your order doesn’t fit, you can email us with a request for a different size. Please allow 24 hours for a response.  If item is sold out, we will gladly give you a store credit to be used online or at Miami Lakes store.

Store credit cannot be applied to shipping cost.
